Try HIIT Yoga!

Meet Marjorie Ann (MA), our new instructor at Body Edge. Today she is teaching a class she developed called HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Yoga. Wow, what a great mix of strength, cardio and flexibility!!! Grab some light to medium weight dumbbells and a yoga mat. She is going to take you step by step through this awesome workout.
